Fitness for tennis and beyond

Come train with us! Private, semi-private and group classes available to help you improve your tennis game or your overall health.

Private and group classes are open to everyone, you do not need to be a member to participate.

Classes

Come improve your game, support your health, and have a lot of fun in our group classes. Flexible options to easily make fitness part of your weekly routine.

Class Prices

  • $149.00 Unlimited classes (includes Breakfast at Wimbledon, TEN-Fit, and Bootcamp)
  • $20.00 drop in full hour class
  • $10.00 drop in for half hour class

Power Hour

Hour long group class with 5 stations for 6min each station. Limit of 10 people per class. Mixture of weight training and cardio.

Warm-Up/ Post Match Cool Down

Serve- 30-minute Dynamic warm-up to prepare your body for your match. Volley -a 30-minute active-recovery session after your match to include foam roller, stretch bands, TRX, and more…

Bootcamp

An hour-long class that is focused on more bodyweight and core exercises with intense bouts of cardio!

Cardio-Blast

30-minute Metcon workout to mimic the demands of a tennis match.

Small Group Training

Small group tennis specific training programed to increase performance. Designed for your league team or desired group of 4-8 participants. This is a great way to have your whole team train together to be sure you are ready for your next match!

About Us

Core Kinetics began in 2011 with a vision to combine training and science. The goal was to educate and coach athletes based on sound, fundamental training principles. Jason believes there is a balance between the ‘want’ and ‘need’ of every client. The ‘want’ is satisfied by which the client has a rapport with their trainer, having input into their individual goals in an environment that promotes education and creativity. The ‘need’ is centered around assessing the client for asymmetries and compensation patterns in movement. Functional capacity is restored through reinforcement exercise. The platform of mobility to stability to strength is utilized to progress a client through the training process.

The stability and strength of the core is instrumental to the human body. Philosophically, the core functions as a brace, helping to maintain the body’s intervertebral structures. In addition, it provides muscular control to maintain functional stability. As it translates to sport, core stability/strength controls the position and motion of the trunk over the pelvis to allow optimum production, transfer and control of force to the segments in integrated athletic activity. Consider the game of tennis in which the forces generated in the serve or ground stroke, start in the lower extremities and are transferred through the core to the upper extremities.

No matter the sport or individual, the core is an integral component of any training program. Core Kinetics provides a systematic approach to training, that is both fun and focused. Come train today!
